Broadcasting rights for programme content
Following its action on VOD rights in December 2007, the EPAA made a stand on the situation in Finland on broadcasting rights for programme content.
The EPAA strongly believes that all rights assignments are unique and cannot include more than one license and that all assignments are to be made within certain territorial boundaries.
